"How many art commissions have you done so far?"

In the past 2 years I have designed mascots and made sticker sets for over 15 communities, painted 7 profile pictures, created 2 NFT collections and around a dozen other artworks. 

"Do you do this full-time?"

I wish. I'm still employed. In my spare time I try to get as much creative stuff done as possible. I kindly ask for your understanding in the event that a commission takes longer than initially agreed upon, as I'm only human.

Terms of Service

Process

1. Important: Please ensure beforehand if I am currently accepting commissions. I usually communicate this openly here and in my socials bio.
   
   
2. Send an email to annierawrz@gmail.com with your inquiry or fill out the contact form.
   
   
3. When contacting me, kindly provide the following helpful detail:
   - the type of artwork
   - the intended purpose of use
   - any deadlines
   - if applicable, please include your budget
   Feel free to include your socials or link to your project.
   If I have any further questions, I will send them to you in my reply.
   
   
4. Once all the details, approximate time frame, and costs are clarified, I will add you to my waiting list. I will begin working on your commission.
   During the initial stages, I will share sketches, allowing for certain modifications within reasonable limits. Please note that extensive alterations may result in an additional fee, which will be communicated to you in advance. After receiving your approval, subsequent changes will only be possible at an extra cost. Once finalized, I will deliver the completed artwork and associated files. With this, the commission will be considered successfully concluded. If any errors on my part have occurred, I will correct them even after the completion of the commission.

 

Copyright & Use

All commissions are intended for private, non-commercial, and non-exclusive use, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Commercial usage encompasses various scenarios, including but not limited to the direct or indirect resale of the artwork as merchandise, or its utilization as promotional material, such as stickers, postcards, business cards, and more.

By legal entitlement, I retain permanent copyright ownership of all my works, even if full usage rights are transferred. As an artist, I reserve the right to employ my creations without constraints for the promotion of my artistic endeavors, serving as references.

Any unauthorized modification or reproduction of my artwork is strictly prohibited without my prior written consent. Additionally, clients seeking to commission other artists to create works featuring characters designed by me must obtain my written permission.

Full transfer of all usage rights, including comprehensive intellectual property (IP) transfer, can be arranged upon agreement for an additional fee as per the written agreement.

 

Payments & Returns

All prices are listed in US dollars ($), and the specific amount will depend on the complexity of the commission and the desired usage rights. The commission will commence in the agreed-upon month, but not before the receipt of the full upfront payment. In the event of payment delays or incomplete provision of required information, the commission will be delayed accordingly.

All personal information relevant to the commission, such as billing address, will be treated with strict confidentiality and used solely for payment and tax-related purposes.

I reserve the right to decline commissions, reschedule them within a reasonable time frame (e.g., due to illness), or cancel them without providing specific reasons. In the event of cancellation by me, a full refund will be issued for any payments made. However, if the cancellation is initiated by the client, a partial refund will be determined based on the progress of the commission.
Exceptions to this policy are subject to my discretion and granted on a case-by-case basis.

All commissions are custom-made works tailored to the client and, therefore, exempt from any right of return or refund.
